1 THE PROJECT IDEA
The idea started after:
- the failure of European Constitution from France and Netherlands, that caused a great problem to all European community because it stopped its development;
- the attacks in Madrid, London and Sharm El Sheik that bewildered and frightened all Europeans.
But Europe must replay to these problems and must continue to spread its positive action all over the world.
The partners of the project think that its plan can contribute to the development of a European public sphere, by offering the possibility to understand the rule and the action of COE.
2 WHERE THE PROJECT WILL TAKE PLACE
The project will be realised in the following countries and towns:

3. City: Yerevan - Country: Armenia
4. City: Ingolstadt - Country: Germany
5. City: Baku - Country: Azerbaijan
6. City: Cairo - Country: Egypt
DVD will be realised in the following languages:

3 KEE-OBJECTIVES
Key-objectives of this projects are:
- to offer the opportunity to a group of young people coming from 6 different countries (of which one, Egypt, is only a Mediterranean Country but it is the nearest at European ideas) to share their talents in relation to active citizenship, participation and democracy;
- to empower leadership and participation skills of young people;
- to explore an alternative and innovative way of working together;
- to fight racism, anti-semitism, xenophobia and intolerance (as also decide by the First Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Council of Europe, held in Vienna in 1993) using cooperation as a commitment to the respect of human rights and democracy;
- to launch an “European Youth Campaign” to mobilise the public in favour of a tolerant society based on the equal dignity of all its members and against manifestations of racism, xenophobia, anti-semitism and intolerance, that is one of the most important value of COE;
- to involve young people from minorities and youth organisations in a positive action of social cohesion;
- to promote the action and opportunities offered to young people from COE;
- to infuse optimism in the European development;
- to spread knowledge and learning on the life of European organisms and institutions;
- to realise a project directed to young people and realised from young people;
- to help to think with a common sense of European citizenship;
- to realise new friendships;
- to encourage civil awareness and pro-active position among young people and their communities;
- to educate young people about the non-violence confrontation: negotiation, debate skills and consensus building as well as about the conflict prevention and transformation;
- to give a signal of European cohesion to all Arabic Countries;
- to learn in an atmosphere that spawns ideas, facilitates cooperation, and often leads to lifelong friendships.
