1 THE PREPARATORY MEETING
During the preparatory visit the group of leaders will be hosted in an hotel of 2 stars in full bread in double or triple rooms to permit and encourage the integration among them.
The hotel will be Tourist Hotel sited in the centre of Potenza at the distance of 100 meters about from Euro-Net office, where the meeting will be held.
2 - PARTICIPATION FEE AND TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
There will be not a fee of participation at meting, but only co-participation of each organism on travel costs at 40% (maximum total travel cost is Euro 470).
Please read also below "rules for travel reimbursement"
3 WORKING LANGUAGE
English will be the working language for the preparatory meeting, so the leaders should be able to understand this language and should have ability for good verbal and written communication.

RULES FOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
To obtain the travel reimbursement of 60% of cost (maximum total travel cost is Euro 470) each participant must provide:
- original invoice (with stamp of travel agency that confirm the payment done)
- original tickets of flight and train or bus
- original board cards
The invoice must have the following heading:

The reimbursement of travel costs of the Preliminary Visit will be done or in cash during the preliminary visit or later by bank transfert.
