The idea of the project "The suitcase, the map and the voyage of a youth worker" (KA2) approved by the National Erasmus Plus in Romania starts from the assessment that in the field of youth work:
- there are not facilities that offer courses in Romania,
- does not exist in Europe online courses for people interested in becoming youth leaders,
- there is no clear process of training, assessment and certification for a youth worker;
- the assistance in the choice of a profession is generally made by a psychologist through various tests which, although of good quality, can not however show a range of colors that can be discovered only through practical work and / or the actual link with the market job. The consequences of this precarious career guidance are reflected not only on the performance of young workers, but also on the role of advisor that should effectively drive young people to the wanted career. On this basis, the partnership of this project consists of:

Thus it aims to create, in 24 months (1 September 2015 - 31 August 2017), some online tools that can facilitate the process of planning of work and non-formal learning, informing and professionalizing the "youth worker"
