Objectives

GENERAL AIMS OF THE ACTION

• to strengthen the potentiality of the companies, and therefore to allow a consequent “occupational increase";
• to diffuse the culture of the development oriented to the promotion of the independent job and to the creation of small enterprises, driving out the potential questions of self-entrepreneurialy and supporting the ideas of enterprise to their implementing phase;
• to promote planning models that mobilize to peripheral level projectualities and resources to put in logon with participations and centers of expense of national and communitarian level;
• to value and to increase the local patrimony of relational assets (considerate as participation ability, arranging and planning of initiatives of local development) stimulating the passage from the short nets that characterize the local systems to the long nets that characterize the competitiveness on the markets;
• to promote the tourist reorganization of the territory for ' areas-product', that is the adoption of an approach of "tourist marketing of area" in order to promote a co-ordinate image for product and area club, to stimulate the cooperation between tour operators and to elevate the ability to relation with the market and the public institutions;
• to contribute to the institution of the productive districts (quilted furnitures, agriculture and food, etc), finalizes to promote conditions of trade and productive cooperation , coordination with the search and formation actions and more adapted participation to the definition of the public political;
• to develop the rural animation, the importance of the territory and the tourism;
• be point of reference for the communitarian information and its opportunities for ong, associations, organizations, syndicates, association of category, enterprises, companies, public and private agencies structuring also relation, comparison and learning nets;
• to improve the territorial inter-istitutional cooperation;
• to publish in net and systemize the energy ensemble, the organization and human resources, promoting “horizontal substain” and public-private partnership.


SPECIFIC AIMS OF THE ACTION

The service Europe Direct propose by Euro-net will aim to realize following specific objects:
1. INFORMATION : analysis and answer to the questions placed from the interested ones by telephone operator and/or the live one.
2. COMUNICATION : through television transmissions, web portal, email, yahoosgroup, banns, inserts, etc.
3. ATTENDANCE : to interested ones for that it concerns the formalities to acquit or documents to write up with respect to communitarian procedures (example: dossier elaboration in answer to a call for bidding in order to concur to benefit of an eventual financial aid or of other nature).
4. ADVISING : service for the elaboration of a business strategy longer term, in the perspective of the development of the total markets.
5. COOPERATION: opening of the markets, improvement of the competitiveness of the Lucanian PMI, development and fusion of new technologies, etc.
6. RURAL ANIMATION: proposal of actions, development contacts and partnerships, promotion of deepening and formative courses, etc.
7. REGIONAL OBSERVATORY: the problems found in the daily praxis and the cases of not application of the communitarian legislation are signaled. The conclusions are transmitted to the Commission of Brussels that accounts of their in elaborating future politics.
