01. Meeting in Madeira (Portugal)
realized in the little town of Funchal in the period 5-8 december 2009

During these days (and exactly from 5th to 8th december 2009) it is in realisation in the little town of Funchal sited in the portuguese island of Madeira the first partnership meeting of the project “ETOK FROM EDUCATION TO KNOWLEDGE” action n. 2009-1-CZ1-GRU06-01982-4 (the coordinating country is Czech Republic). The project objective is to establish a cooperation among different organisms of various European countries that work or operate on adult education: the action intends to favour and permit the exchange of experiences, knowdledge and good practises on Life Long Learning realized by different partners. The aim is to permit to the various cooperating organisms to use new tecniques and methodologies already experimented efficiently in daily pratices by other institutions in different countries. The foreseen activites for the meeting, that is hosted by the portuguese partner Proinov, are the following:
- presentation of various partners;
- presentation and use of Learning Management Systems (moodle) to be used in the project as communication tool among partnerss;
- evalutation of moodle;
- planning of its use in the implementation of the LLP action;
- analysis of the actual situation of the project;
- planning of future activities;
- definition of strategies of diffusion and dissemination;
- presentation of activities for adults realied in Madeira by DRQP (regional and governamental institute regionale that coordinates training activities in the portuguese island);
- visit of University of Madeira.
