Welcome to the APV of the Comics Youth Exchange that will take place in Metsäkartano Youth and Wilderness Centre, Rautavaara, Finland, from the 7th to the 9th of December 2009!
During this youth exchange youth will learn the basics of comic making, character-designing, forming an interesting storyline and completing the story. We will use our folklore for the stories and each day includes comic workshops and presentations by the partners as well as some great outdoor and indoor activities. We will share our own cultural background in the international group and use the old legends of our countries as an inspiration. On last day everyone will contribute to a common comic-zine which will also be published in Helsinki comic-festival in autumn 2010.
