1st day
• Visit to the counselling organisation “Beratungsstelle Hochstraße” in Munich
• Project Overview
• Discussion about web-site Decisions to the content: - all partners national flags on the “welcome”-site - to show the partnerships: submenus for each country with links to the partners homepages or - some information of the counselling centres, if the partner (like pw) has involved other institutions. - information about the staff; we have to check, if the counsellors could be/want to be on the website. All this information should be on one page; Duedate: end of Nov. 05 - 1 draft of each meeting with achievement and visit in the counselling centres; decisions and pictures. - there would be a public and a protected area - the reports of the first year are in the public area containing: Comparative Study (with some amendments until Dec. 05) with headings of the study as links to the passage in the text. - there should be a link for parents to the agencies.
• The discussion forum - target groups: project members; counsellors, topics (how could they be differenciated?) Decision: there should be just one forum for practitioners, protected by password. No public forum, no forum for parents.
• Deadlines: (See also the current activity planning table). - for the welcome, description, partnerships >> end of November There has to be checked: the consent of the counselling centres, that the addresses, website-links and counselling persons would be published on the website. - for the meeting decisions, the visits in the counselling centres, resources and the links of the support agencies: 20th December o5 - for the forum: name, mail-Adresses of the counselling centres for getting the forum password: end of November
