The project "Telegrow:" Enhancing the Teleworking Digital Skills for the Middle aged employees "project (acronym" Telegrow ") was approved, as action n.2020-1-ES01-KA204-082417, by the National Agency in Spain as part of the Erasmus Plus program in the special call of October 2020 dedicated to KA226 VET projects in the field of creativity and innovation.
The project, which formally started on March 1, 2021, will end on February 28, 2023.
The European initiative is aimed at providing trainers and professional training operators with the knowledge and tools necessary to (re) train and improve the skills of employees over the age of 50 and help them work efficiently from home, using teleworking in a conscious and effective way
