At National Civil Service can participate all young people, regardless of gender, that the due date of the notices are in possession of the following requirements:
- Have taken the eighteenth and not exceeded the twenty-eighth year of age (27 years and 364 days)
- Are in possession of Italian nationality
- Enjoy civil and political rights
- Not have been convicted by a judgement of first instance for crimes
- Are in possession of physical fitness, certified bodies of Health National Service
