The following programme will be implemented and will become official after the selection of participants and movies when the number of movies in the 3 categories will be definitive.

- Presentation of organisms
- Presentation of participants
- Ice-breaking activities

- Opening of the festival
- Screening movies of the “YOUTH SOCIAL EXCLUSION” category
- Debate on the reality of social exclusion in each country (power point presentation from each country with description panels)
- Work groups
- Social programme
08/09/2006
- Screening movies of the “THE RIGHTS OF A YOUNG EUROPEAN CITIZEN” category
- Debate on the reality of European citizenship in each country (power point presentation from each country with description panels)
- Work groups on the topic of the young people’s contributions to the European integration
- International dinner (each country will present its local products, foods, drinks, musics, etc.)

- Screening movies of the “INTERCULTURALITY AND PEACE” category
- Visit a local centre for cultural integration
- Social programme
10/09/2006
- Local tour
- Discussion about best movies and secret voting
- Public ceremony: prize-giving of best movies in each category
- Press conference with televisions and newspapers
- Conclusion plenary session for the creation of a network Y.C.N.
11/09/2006
- Final evaluation of activity
- Departure of participants and movie makers
2 - WORKING LANGUAGES
Italian and English will be the working languages for the FESTIVAL (in fact it will be assured a translation from italian to english and the contrary for foreign partners).
3 - AWARDS
- Award of the Jury.
- Award of the Public
- Special Mention for particular artistic videos.
The best movies will receive a prize-giving in a public ceremony.
RULES FOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
To obtain the travel reimbursement of 50% of cost (maximum total travel cost is Euro 426) each participant must provide:
- original invoice (with stamp of travel agency that confirm the payment done)
- original tickets of flight and train or bus
- original board cards
The invoice must have the following heading:

The reimbursement of travel costs will be done in cash the last day of Festival before participants departure or later by bank transfert.
