Short Movie Festival Youth In Action

a) Preparation: the preparatory meeting (03-08/05/2006)


1 - THE PREPARATION
The project will start with the preparation of preparatory meeting and its materials and it will end after the summit.
The promoter will prepare the web site ready to be possible to insert the decisions taken during the next preparatory meeting from the leadership team.

2 - THE PREPARATORY MEETING
During the preparatory visit the group of leaders will be hosted in an university hostel in triple rooms to permit and encourage the integration among them.
The animator team is composed by leaders coming from 7 different countries to have the maximum possible results of integration and of co-participation at the project.

3 - PARTICIPATION FEE AND TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
There will be not a fee for the participation at preparatory meeting, but only co-participation of each organism on travel costs at 50% (maximum total travel cost is Euro 426).

4 - WORKING LANGUAGE
English will be the working language for the preparatory meeting, so the leaders should be able to understand this language and should have ability for good verbal and written communication.

- Meeting with PAL (description of activitiy of cineshow with 400 volunteers that every year has about 50.000 visitors). Reasons of a success.

- Continuation of meeting. Questions to the responsible.

- Ideation and preparation of logos of the festival and of future network. Discussions about rules of network.

- Final decision on official logo
- Dinner
- Visit of Matera by night (an other little town of Basilicata)

RULES FOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

To obtain the travel reimbursement of 50% of cost (maximum total travel cost is Euro 426) each participant must provide:
- original invoice (with stamp of travel agency that confirm the payment done)
- original tickets of flight and train or bus
- original board cards
The invoice must have the following heading:

The reimbursement of travel costs of the Preliminary Visit will be done in cash during the Festival.
