1 – THE FOURTH PHASE
The fourth phase will start the last day of festival meeting and will end at the end of September 2006.
2 - THE EVALUATION
The evaluation will be realized with a test distributed during the last day of the festival before leaving of participant.
Results will be analysed systematically to verify the grade of pleasure of the plan and the achieving of initial objectives.
This notice will be printed in a booklet.
3 - THE FOLLOW-UP
Follow up of the project will be:
- creation of a net named Y.C.N. - YOUTH CINEMA NETWORK (a section of the web realised for the festival will be dedicated to the network);
- realisation of a booklet in 300 copies of 10 pages with articles, photos, interviews, description of films, etc. of all festival;
- realisation of a DVD (in 300 copies) containing all movies
The booklet will contain:
- articles, photos, interviews, description of films, etc. of all festival
- photos of the preparatory meeting and of the development of the project;
- copies of the articles published in every countries on the project;
- the results coming from analytic evaluation
- other thing considered important at the end of the activity.
The booklet will be also put on internet to permit eventually downloads from interested people.
